Making the "limits of imagination" thread gave me an idea. I thought we could all build up the details of a fictional scene, one at a time. Here's how it works.

I'll start off with something really basic, then ask a question about the scene for the next person to answer. Once the person answers that question, they ask a new question for someone else to answer. And it goes like this:

"There was a crab walking along a beach. What color was the crab?"

"Blue. How big was the crab?"

"About six inches wide."

...and so on...

Now for the real thing.

A man pulled to a stop in a '68 Mustang at a four-way intersection in the middle of the desert. How old was he?

He's approximately 65 years of age. Describe his hair to me.

he had a nasty comb-over, hanging off his head in the wind. what kind of dress was he wearing?
