Re: Re: Snould US be colonised?
Its better to colonise this doomed nation, than people voting for Mc. Cain.. its time for someone slightly more intelligent to take control of this country.

The whole point of this forum is to discuss viable, contemporary and REALISTIC topics concerning politics and social issues.
Your idea is neither realistic or viable. It's like saying; "Should we colonize America with Aliens?"
So anyway, thanks for trying to play.

I think that if your grammar is any indication of the level of intelligence that you want bring to this country and "colonize" it with, let me be the first to welcome you to one of our "special" schools for the mentally challenged. The good news is that you get to ride in a special bus every day, with a few other special children like yourself. There will be sing-a-longs and helmets for you all to wear. Exciting, huh?
And secondly, this is about the DUMBEST thread I've ever seen posted in PDD (next to "troofer" threads). |
Maybe, just maybe, grammar could be an indication of a superior level of intelegence.
For direct, and inflamatory, comparison, how many other languages could you read and post political discussions in donny?
Thankfully I'm just talking crap because as any good Anglo knows, people who haven't mastered English must be barbaric and retarded.
Second, I tend to think it is one of the brigtest threads around, especially because it IS happening. How many Chinese, Indian, and Mexicans are literally takeing over the US? How many US firms and US properties are being bought up by the rest of the world as the dollar declines, intrest rates sink, and forclosures skyrocket?
I don't think it's obsurd to think that the rest of the world might consider "colonizing" a country that re-elected G.W. Bush after he invaded another country.
After all, wouldn't true democracy mean opening up all elections to the voters of the world?

^^^Grammar aside, the IDEA is idiotic.
And in case you haven't noticed, the states are already "colonized". What would you propose we do with our 275 million people, in order to make way for new "colonists"? Kill them off, send them to Africa? What? I mean really, this is beyond an dumb.

Wait wait wait, viable and conteporary issues, you mean like the fact that the country with the biggest nuclear arsenal was also responsible for invading other contries, has continuously used arial bombardment and manipulation to ensure that world leaders do not oppose thier intrests, democratically re-elected war criminals to the highest post in thier country, will not curb consumption despite rapidly deteriorating global conditions, AND is unwilling to take responsibility for any of these actions?
What he's proposing is that some thing should be done to alter the behaviour of an electorate that has repeatedly endangered the peaceful existence of soverign nations around the world.
The term "colonization", although a bit odd in our English, refers to something more akin to what was done in India then what was done originally in the US or Africa by the Europeans.
From what I understand "colonization" as used in the begining of this thread is more of an imposed leadership set up.
