Never unfortunately. Thomas Bangalter said they weren't releasing one because they didn't think it would do the show any justice. He said the Youtube clips are the best way to experience the show without ever going to one because they are shot from a first-hand perspective.

Can you please link to a source? I thought the short video on CD2 of Alive 2007 was really well done, even if the shots are a bit too quick.
