The Toronto Star publishes weekly the list of average cost of insurance for some 30+ providers. Personal is always the lowest. I forget which day of the week I see it in.

Group rates with your company is best.

Rather then just looking at price I would suggest you consider service as well. Not all companies are equal in terms of claims service and believe me... when you have a claim go off the rails you'll wish you'd spent the extra $50-$100 in premium for a better insurer.
