[Review] Friday @ Gem & Sunday Morning afters

GEM! What an incredible and beautiful venue. I can't remember for the life of me what the name of that club was before but the main room still looks the same just alot newer. I never even knew they had 2 extra rooms in the back. The section where we had the TA party was gorgeous. Had the same vibe & feel as blue.. with it's own personal bathroom [HELLO!!!!!]and beautiful set up. The lights were gorgeous... the dancers in the club were HOT and the sound in that room was great. It was a little bassy at times where you couldn't hear much of the highs so it took me a lil while to ID some of the songs.
Big thanks to Relik for playing Tracy Thorn - Grand Canyon [Dirty South mix]. I love the bass in that song... soooooo sick! Also thanks for playing Come Around Again.. Being the birthday girl is fun cuz u get spoiled!
Eric - You kicked ass. I heard that WTF remix the next day at the patio. Sick tunes as always. You both will always have a fan in me even thousands of miles away!
Manny, Jasin, Nelson, BDR, and DA - You guys have been great friends to me the past 3-4 years. ( AV1 - ur very cool though we haven't known each other that long) Manny with your great hospitality and sick hosue parties... those are some memories I will carry with me forever!! DA .. you just rock and I am glad that we still talk as much as we used to when I was in miami.

I got to Space at 5:40 am? I heard one song from this dude who opened before Cedric.. I dunno who. Anyways, it wasn't one of Cedrics best sets but he still played a few rocking bangin' tunes. When he went from Say Hello to Proper Education the patio went crazzzzzzzzzzzzy! Insane. Only time the cryos went off and it WENT OFF! Ced played alot better here in NY @ Cielo. (L)
Onto Patrick M. It was my first time catching him for afters. OMG! This dude rocked it. I can't ID that many songs but the fact that he played Guy Gerber - Stoppage Time & Pryda - Europa... makes me a fan. He's got great style and a great look too. I had hella fun but we ended up leaving around 10:30.
Manny - Do u realize how long you stayed at Space for?? lmfao. That's all I'm gonna say. It was great times though.
Jasin I def miss my Space partner. I can always count on you to stay with me till the end from Thanksgivings Shadow Lounge reunion to Morillo last year. I always have fun partying with you and thanks so much for EVERYTHING (L).
RZO! So happy to see ya in the Patio  .
I am very glad to be back in New York because I forgot how bad I can get. I def thank NY for making me Mature fast. Next time I go I think I will skip out on partying Friday and Saturday night. Nothing can compare to Sunday mornings... even with a set from locals. (The lack of sleep I had this weekend was a bit too much for me  )
