They are in the US, and we are out of there jurisdiciton luckily, not to mention how impotent the Canadian arm of them is now, with recent court rulings et all.

I actually recieved a cease and desist email about my old KaZaA account from 1 yr ago, before I switched to lite, and got a good chuckle.
