Richi M...Coming from sweden and now running his own label Alien Records for 4 years now, he has 5 albums under his belt with another in the works. His style is an interesting mixture of Europop/Trance/Psy-goa that I find extremely refreshing at best..nothing TOO special but still fun to listen to and I think deserves mention.

I believe alot of people know him for his semi-hit 'Popcorn'...But after that he's remain pretty much obscure in the scene. His first album Perfect World was released in July of 1998 and peaked at #14. Richi M's fourth single "12th Planet" taken from this album was released in Autumn of 1998. The video for this single was among "The Most Played Non-Playlist Videos" on MTV Nordic for several weeks. Richi was also nominated for a 1998 Grammy Award in Sweden for his much awaited album Perfect World in the category "Modern Dance".

I actually liked Perfect World when it was released. Wake Me Up!, Perfect World (a collaboration with Earthbound) and One Life To Live were nice tracks.

Loved his music back in the days, Perfect World was a special track for sure. The whole Fluid label was awesome

I haven't heard anything he has done after Songs Of Tomorrow, but i was quite a fan in 99/00, i bought the first two albums. Then i grew tired of that hysterical ultra-melodic style, not really my cup of tea anymore. But i think i could put on Perfect World and still enjoy most of it to some extent.

I think i'm gonna take a look at his last two albums, just out of curiosity.

I still like whole Perfect World album, and Songs of Tomorrow was quite nice also. But Face The Future was a disapointment, but he got better with Singularity som I'm kind of excited to see what he'll come up with.
