She is Billy Cyrus's daughter (who sang My Achy Breaky Heart). She stars on this little kid's show called Hannah Montana, and has been touring sellout shows (singing) since then in big event centers. I used to think she was incredibly hot for a 15 year old, but then I heard her talk at the Oscars. She's nasty.

She's got some Disney Channel show that is beyond huge. She's Billy Ray Cyrus' daughter in real life and on the show. Her concert tour sold out in like 15 mins. Young children look up to her. Blah blag.
Now I think she dresses far too revealing for her age. Either 15 or 16*?* Her dresses are cute but way too short and sometimes they put waaaay too much make up on her.
Keep the clean girl image. No need to rush into looking older.
