This isnt the way new local scene forums are added. anyone can vote for a new forum in this poll reguardless if they are russian or not. you have to proove to swamper that you will have atleast 15 regular posting russian memebers and then he'll make you a forum.

Make a thread in site suggestions about a russian forum, and have all the russian members who will use it post once (dont turn it into a proper thread), just all post once and then when swamper goes thro it and see you have enough active members (im presuming u do) to warrent a new forum he should grant it you.

I've been already made this thread there, and we have more than 30 members, who talk russian and want this forum to be. But we have no results..
