I haven't finished the last season yet. Last episode I saw was episode 5 I think, so put spoiler warnings if you're going to discuss the conclusion of the series!

Even though Season 5 hasn't been as good as 1,3 and 4 in my opinion once this show is completed it's going to leave a massive void in HBO's programming. Lord knows they haven't been able to fill their lineup with anything decent for a while. Evidence: Tell me you Love me (a show that manages to make sex boring) and John from Cincinatti (How on earth could the man who penned Deadwood write that neo-surf crap!)

Oh well, at least the last episode will be 96 minutes long...

Oh, and if we're really lucky the ROME movie will be made sometime in the next year or so. *fingers crossed*

Ya, I miss Avon and I always wished that his crew killed Marlo's at the end of season 3. Never really liked Marlo til last weeks episode when he was in a holding cell with Chris, Cheese and Monk.

I really dont know how they are gonna be able to wrap up all these seasons into the finalie and tie everything together, doesnt look hopefull so prob left with alot of unnswered questions, and im still a lil pissed about how Omar went down but that just shows u anything can really happen in that show! Im really hoping its doesnt take a crap and end like The Sopranos! dont think i could ever bring myself to watch another HBO series if it did! haha

The Wire -S05E10- DVDScr XViD PREAIR released 6 hours ago...

What a bitter-sweet moment it's gonna be when this brillant series finally draws to an end...

On the plus side, David Simon (the creator) is already working on his next project, so at least WIRE fans have something new to look forward to.
