Ok guys, the time has come to get those bodies up a higher gear and take part in the best spinning event that'll take place in our capital this year!

For those of you who don't know what spinning is, its an indoor work-out on a funky stationary cycle, to loud energetic music...if you've never tried it then why not make this event your first try! It'll be a special session which you can find any other place!



* You'll have an excellent work-out and lose 800+ calories in less than an hour - even more if you spin like hell.
* You'll pay less than attending a spinning class in any other gym offering a spinning session to non-members.
* You'll be supporting a good cause - the European Heart Network, an organization supporting research and prevention of heart-related diseases - so even if you're not super sporty - then come for the cause.
* You'll be getting a class from a top instructor.
You'll be spinning on music from a LIVE DJ - not just some cd player playing - and the music will be awesome, I guarantee you, you'll be pumped up in no time :-) so if you're not very sporty and don't like the cause, do it for the music!

Have a competition with your buddies and see who can lose the most sweat.

Afterwards there's the possibility of some bowling games, some snacks, or whatever...all at the leisure center complex.

The event will take place in what is probably the largest, and definitely coolest gym of Brussels.

It is located by the AZ VUB hospital, Erasmus Hogeschool and VUB Jette campus and can easily be reached via buses 13 and 14 leaving Simonis or Brussels-North.
