Ha ha the video was hilarious! Your post urged me to (instinctively) do some detective work.Towards the end of the video, a building appears with the name "Krasnapolsky" written on the top of it. I googled it, and i found out that it is located in Amsterdam. (Well, there are many hotels with this name, but this one seems to be the most famous, plus, the photograph of it seems to match the one in the video!).

The other DJ in that pic looks like he has Down-Syndrome.
