Some people think food is to keep you alive. But don't you know those meals or times when you keep eating stuff (say, dining hall food) and sometimes just don't feel like you're no longer hungry? It builds up over time if you don't get what you really want. Maybe some people are like that with sex too, I don't know, if they have sex but aren't satisfied somehow? All goes to show food is largely for pleasure not just function...
