Fireburner problem

when i burn i always get the same error :

Thread1: Processing Track 1 [Audio] [30249 Sectors]
Thread2: Executing
Thread2: Write Error @ Sector 5022
Thread2: Sense Error: MEDIUM_ERROR (WRITE ERROR) (0x03 0x0C 0x00)
Thread2: Synchronizing Cache
Recording complete

what does that mean ?
