I have a degree in Global Studies from Wilfrid Laurier and now I'm working in film/tv post audio production. Not at all related, but I'm still happy with my educational choices. If nothing else, university can be a valuable time for self discovery.
I have a specialized honors in Communications Studies from York University. Now I'm working at Cancer Care Ontario as an analyst.
Boring as fuck but it pays the bills and allows my to buy nifty synths and stuff.

lol I wish I pursued my dream when I was a BA student...I'd be a lawyer by now. Instead I'm in banking, where all the professional dropouts go!

Yeah because it's probably the most randomly useless program universities offer lol
I mean you can't really do anything with Lib Arts as soon as you're done. You have to go and do another degree afterwards. Besides, I knew a few of those "hot chicks" at York who were taking that and the sole reason they gave me was "It's easy and we have 4 years to find a husband"

I graduated with a BA[Honours] in Criminology & Communication Studies (double major)...I wasn't sure if I wanted to be a lawyer or make movies. Turns out...I suck at making movies, and I really enjoy crim.
That was last year, this year I'm doing an accelerated Master's degree in Sociology with a specialization in Criminology...and realized that I hate research and never want to go get my PhD. I'll finish my thesis this summer, and right after I'll be starting law school in the JD/LLB program (joint degree between the U.S. and Canada).
Yep...apparently I love school.
