Good news If your deductible through your car insurance is less then that you can say you were in the mall, and you came out to your car, and it was like that. Because it is not a moving violation, and you are not at fault, your insurance will cover it for your collision deductible. Wich is normally about $250-$500 |

And comprehensive would cover it if it's not his fault, wouldn't it?
