I have recently been talking to my friend maco giovanni who has recomended this forum to me

i dont get to talk to him much but recently he said to me
something about putting mellody in my bass line or something i cant exactly remember and i didnt get a chance to ask him what he ment because he signed off msn.
i was wondering if any one on this forum could give me an insight into what he was talking about.

he means use more than one or two notes for your bassline. listen to some house music for an idea of funky melodic basslines
