I am very proud to announce the 2nd edition of our great party " LEAVE IN TRANCE ". EarthSound Productions are very excited to be able to bring back, after 4 years, JOHAN GIELEN himself for an exclusive and intense 4 hour set on Friday May 16th.

Juste pour vous dire que les billets a 45$ se vendent tres bien faite vite car apres les billets tombent a 50$ je vous le dis cette soirée va etre des plus mémorables pour vos oreilles et vos yeux surtout pour le show de laser ,meme le Stereo ou le Red Lite ne vous aurons jamais donnez une soirée si sublime que celle du 16 mai 2008

Everybody in Holland who is fond of dancemusic knows Johan Gielen. And if you live in a foreign country and you like trance the odds are very small you have never heard of the Belgium born Dutchman. Gielen is ranked high in the international DJ charts and he has played all over the world. In Japan he lived his golden years as resident of the prestigious Tokyo based Club Velfarre. has been a professional DJ for over ten years now. “I have so many airmiles, I could fly over the world 36 times for free!”

The big breakthrough for Johan Gielen came in Holland with the rise in popularity of the famous Dutch trance sound that would conquer the entire world. Being resident of the world largest trance event Trance Energy he played the enormous Jaarbeurs in Utrecht with a 20 thousand people capacity and on top of that came his appearance on Sensation White in the Amsterdam ArenA. There he played for a 35 thousand dressed in white audience on a massive party that could easily be labelled as the worlds leading dance event. Due to Gielens capability to get large crowds of people dancing he became a well received guest at big festivals like Dance Valley and Mystery Land as well. 2006 was great for Johan the launch his debut album Revelations on his own ‘Tunes for You’ label licensed to Black Hole Recordings was huge. The first single “ Revelations, Right from my Heart” was in all charts and the video for it was on all the big music stations worldwide. The seconde single “Magnitude” is once again a huge hit and is played by all the big names already. It’s safe to say Johan Gielen delivered a hit album with the release of Revelations. It is time to take a look at the person behind the DJ. What do we know about the character of Gielen? “I am pretty spiritual in my thoughts. This reveals itself in my habit to get some moments of quietness before going on stage. These are not nerves but I need some time for myself to focus. The spiritual side of me is also the reason why I am so fond of my Koi carps. Every day can be your last so I live my life as fully as possible. Sometimes, this collides with my ambitions. I love to communicate with the crowd without the use of words. The last time I saw Johan Gielen was @ Aria 4 years ago. He was on fire and the set was intense. I will never forget that night and I am anxiously awaitng May 16th. As far as the price goes........People what are you complaining about. For the price being charged your getting a chance to see Nick Pilon (great local), Mad (WOW), a surprise dj and a world class Dj; Gielen for 4 hours. On top of that you are forgetting that with the promoters these days always aiming for the $$$$$, it's incredibly hard to get a world class guy like Gielen to play in an intimate setting. I don't post much on these forums but I have been in this scene for quite some time and nights like this don't come as often as they used to. Get out there and get your ticket.

BIO:

Cid K's DJ and production career is the result of a love for electronic music that stretches back to the early 90s, when he used to buy dance and house CD's and compilations around the age of 12.

His original interests lay with eurodance and house music, the energetic sounds catching his attention way before he had ever heard of today's matured trance and techno sounds. He continues to be a part of and watch the growth and changes in the underground scene and sounds.

Having listened to electronic music his whole life, he knew he was going to love DJing.

At the age of 15, he attended his first rave and was introduced to the sound of trance music.

His DJ career began mixing at school parties and other small gigs and parties, learning the ropes of djing as he went along. The small amount of money he made off of his DJing went towards buying vinyl and going to shows and events.

Countless hours at parties and events were spent enjoying the music and watching other djs spin, learning new techniques from each of them.

Inspired by many trance and techno dj's across the world, Cid K is passionate about Uplifting and driving tech trance. Cid loves nothing more than using music, mixed together, to express himself and move people, sending his listeners and audience on a journey of sensations and feelings. Cid utilizes irresistible pumping rhythms, inspired by catchy trancy basslines and funky yet techish grinding vibes that both make you dance and smile.

He coined his energetic and driven style 'Tech-Trance-NRG' (A fusion of driving Tech Trance, High NRG and Euphoric Uplifting Trance).
