Yes it is possible for someone to get punched, knocked out and then shit their pants. It's due to relaxation of the sphincter muscles. It basically means that either your body feels that there are other things going on in your body that are more important than holding tension in your butt muscles or your body simply cannot maintain the tension any more. Either way, it's pretty bad.

Ok, I'm not saying it can't be true, but then wouldn't boxers like need to wear diapers? I don't watch boxing so I don't know if they do or not. We need a medical person. Is there a doctor in the house?

A punch hard enough bare fisted is capable of causing that. Boxers use gloves, and some of the blow is absorbed by them.
