This looks kind of cool. I wasn't at last year's so I don't have any frame of reference. I'm interested in parts of the opening weekend and the distillery event... maybe also the Streetscape and carnival.
We'll see how those weekends shape up...

most of the installations with the exception of the Rafael Lozano-Hemmer's Pulse Front was pretty underwhelming (akin to Nuit Blanche). Apparently the number of installations this year has been dramatically reduced for reasons unknown to me.
It's a nice festival to have during the summer for all audiences, though I wish there was a little more variety in the music given that it's still heavily classical and contemporary weighted in my opinion. Take a chance on something electronic for a change? Too un-Toronto maybe..

its not too bad. Lots of good theater happening.
theres a play about soldiers in iraq that looks really nice.
