hello everyone
i don't really know if i should be making my thread here, but i haven't been to TA in a loong long time. when i first started getting into trance i discovered this site and whored it everyday :P but then later on moved on to other things.

I still love trance though and download the occasional set or mix CD.

anyway i just saw a poster for PvD playing in Leeds, england on May 31st and i'm really hyped about it! it'll be the 2nd time i've been to a trance show (first time saw above&beyond, j00f, some others :P)

i'm not really up to date on the latest ch00ns and such, so if anyone could give me a pointer as to what to expect or any awesome songs from more recent times that PvD and Guisseppe ottoviani may play?

As for big tunes, the collaborations between PVD and Guiseppe are called 'far away' and 'la dulce vita', and are both likely to get played. I particularly enjoy far away, its just an effective, simple uplifting trance tune.

I am pretty sure pvd will also play his new remix of John O'bir 'Ways and means' - my review of this tune is the same as for far away

I personally hope that pvd plays hard - I think he is at his best when he plays banging techy stuff at arounf the 144 bpm mark. I'm not too keen on his take on house music when he has just played an hour and a half of trance, but will try to keep an open mind

i saw pvd play 2 nights ago at the guv in toronto, he played hard, but he didnt really impress me with his set

and yeah pvd playing harder techy stuff is so much better omg O_O can't wait
