What genre would you say this is? Andreas Tilliander - Stay Down --> Sample Inside

I bought the vinyl because it has a "The Field" remix on it but I'm totally captivated by this original mix. I'm thinking its a mixture of Dub Techno and Breaks. All I know is ,that when I dance to it I find myself moving to the snare instead of the kick...I dont really have any other music like this in my collection
