being someone who has been on the receiving end of negative publicity for alleged crimes, and been tried in the court of public opinion before i ever stepped foot inside a courtroom, all I can say is that justice is blind and it must have prevailed.
it's one thing for Dave Chappelle to make fun of R Kelly and all that, or for people to make jokes, but it's another to assume someone has done something merely because they have been accused. I hate that so much.
I was accused to crimes in high school and it was written about in the newspaper, heard on the radio, and told on tv. I had ivy league schools revoke my acceptance because of mere accusations. I understand that if I had never placed myself in those positions in the first place, then none of it would have happened. In the end, no felonies ever stuck.
Hats off to Robert Kelly. Whether he did it or not. Now no one can talk that shit
