buy an acoustic electric guitar. ovation makes relatively cheap nice ones. or turn the pickup switch to the "bass" setting or the humbucker pickup closest to the bridge and don't use a distortion pedal. or as previous poster said, buy an acoustic simulator.
edit: in the end, imo, if you want that really warm, organic acoustic guitar sound, the best thing you could do is acoustic guitar + nylon strings + mic.
