First I want to say I've tried researching this problem before posting this and haven't found't nothing but pure "rewire" instructions. Need help.

Ok, I have Cubase LE rewired with Ableton Live 6. What I'm trying to do is bounce 2 audio kicks from Live into Cubase.

The problem is this: I can't seem to record the 2 audio tracks that I'm hearing played together in Cubase.

Sure, I can play the 2 tracks, but when I arm the Audio 1 channel in Cubase and hit record, the audio being put out by Live isn't being recorded.

What am I missing here?

I'm doing this only because for some reason I am unable to render (Bounce) the 2 audio tracks in Live. Some mysterious reason.

Since you're using Cubase LE, you'll have to do an export audio mixdown and then choose the rewire channel(s) as your output path.

Do I do that within Live or Cubase? A walkthrough would be more helpful...thanks
