Yet another classic movie remake by Hollywood.

Death Race 2000.

An admittedly very B-grade movie from ages ago, but once again Hollywood just rehashing old ideas. Its the principle damnit!

Time for some Hollywood writers to give it away I think.

Jesus Christ, this is "The Running Man" all over again!!! I like Statham, but he hasn't done anything cool since Snatch. Haha, I just looked and saw he has Transporter 3 coming out and "The Brazillian Job" to round out the series after "The Italian Job" and "The Bank Job."

He's a walking franchise!

I can already tell they've ruined 'Get Smart', just from the trailer.

I live in fear that they will remake my favourite movie and butcher the shit out of it. Enough with the remakes!!!

Not true. Id dig for specific examples, but THIS is much easier.

Theyre remaking old ideas because they know remakes are hot these days and are guaranteed to rake in a certain amount of nostalgia related revenue.
