you can make this in almost any vst...
you're just gonna have to mess with it, i've never used a sound like this, so i don't know exactly how it's made.

i dont know what u mean, if u mean the chord thing in the break its very hard to make but theres thousands of samples around with it.

You mean that chord stab that's totally buried in the mix and extremely difficult to make out, at the 20 second mark?
It's a lot clearer later on when the other instruments drop out - if I was going for a similar sound I'd put a pluck/pike type sound through the resonator (what's it called?) in Ableton Live, it sounds very much like that. I forget the name of the effect, but it's one of the main ones, it's the one with the presets with names like "Tokyo" and "Berlin". There are probably VST plugins which do similar things.
