you can jump off onto as many different formats as you want, but in the end you'll always come crawling back to vinyl

where about 8 track tapes?

still expanding vinyl collection. It's just fun to put on a record, especially obscure ones, chill at home with some strange records and a smoke...very soothing.

All the best Djs in the world right now are playing records or a combo of records + serato/traktor control vinyl.

as long as quality labels like perlon keep a vinyl only policy, it will survive

i think it will survive because there will always be at least a small number of people like ourselves that will argue that analog sounds better than digital.

In my eyes there is no argument at all. Analog clearly sounds better than digital. That goes for all pieces in the chain (source, preamp, amp).

Long live vinyl!

I dunno about sounds better but it def. feels better. I played some vinyl tonight and it just felt more real.
