*shrug*, while it does suck - it also makes sense. Seems like more and more Taxi's are getting picky with where they are willing to take passengers, and your seeing more simply sitting in 'hot-spots' or for falls to come in and not cruising around as much looking for fares.
Can't really get mad over this one (although slightly annoyed)

Just wait for the carbon tax!
Taxis are a rip off but not because of the cabbies. Insurance rates are ridiculous as is the over regulation. Also the city plate system that forces some plates to go for 50 grand doesnt help.
Relax the rules and lets see what happens. I bet it would be much more affordable if we took away much of the expensive red tape.
