Decent 'hoods in dirty jerz
So I recently started a position in weehawken, and am considering moving to somewhere within walking distance of the path and in a decent neighborhood. I'm on a budget... but any ideas? I see decent affordable places on craigslist but I could wind up in the projects for all i know 
Too bad manhattan is so expensive
