thinking of buying a Behringer 3000 mixer, give me your thoughts

i'm just getting into dj'ing and i havent bought any dj equipment yet, and lately i have been looking at the behringer bcd3000 for live mixing using my laptop. please give me your thoughts on it, but keep in mind i have a low budget, so i cant go crazy and spend 1000 dollars on decks

if you buy crap you'll wind up spending thousands of dollars anyway

cause you'll buy crap and it'll either a) break down within the first 6 months and you'll have to replace it or b) you'll grow out of it very quickly and start the whole saving process for good gear AGAIN

Download a program and mess around with it. See if you even like spinning. If you like it, then save. Better equipment really does make a difference.

From what I've heard (this is based only on word of mouth, not my personal experience) stay away from Behringer products.

The exception, I have the Behringer Truth B2031A's and they're amazing, but from what I hear all their other products aren't worth buying.

Possibly one of the worst brands out there... One of my first mixers was behringer and it had lots of faults...
