Yeah dude, they teach everyone in the Netherlands to speak with a Dutch accent at school, just like we were taught how to speak "Austrayan"!

i have relatives in the netherlands and there are people who has the same type of accent as armin, however, alot them don't. my cousins doesn't have that accent at all.
