I was skeptical, but it was only $5 and made the purchase last week. Both keys worked with full capabilities. The keys tend to go out fast, but they also come in quick as well.

From what I've read, the site will buy accounts from well developed players, strip them of all their valuable items, sell the items as well as the CD-key from their site.
It's not illegal, but it doesn't stop the fact that Blizzard can step in to ban all the CD-Keys sold from the site one day.
