Back to speakers...I am really regretting buying these X-540s, but its a little too late now....anyone ever try to use one of those Home Theater setups on their PC? I was considering buying one of those since Z-5500s are still around $250-300 and only 505watts. I have seen some RCA and JVC home theater 5.1 setups with 500-850watts on sites for anywhere from $120 to $200 but still can't find much info on these being setup on a PC. Google just keeps coming up with home theater PCs. |
If you wanna go really booming get the Klipsch Quintet 3 with the 10 or 12 in sub. You can usually demo them at Best Buy.
I could kick myself for not buying it while I worked there as I got it for half off.
You'd also need a receiver of course.
If you want a simple home theater in a box, the Yamaha systems are supposed to be one of the best.
