need help - finding a studio in SF, downtown area

hey SF residents, I need some help. My friend is moving to SF and she wants to get an apt preferably near Market Street, downtown , FIDI area. She wants a studio type apartment , preferably less than 1200 and possibly furnished.

do any of you know any around you or where I should look at.any suggestions..Thanks

You'll never find one in a decent area near Market for that price.

there are a few pay-to-search housing sites for the bay area...not sure which ones are around anymore but there used to be like metrorent, renttech, etc..
