NEW track / Long way from home

Had some spare time and did this tune really to start using pads as i dont really use them .

The pads sound nice. I think they'd sound even better with a little more modulation.

Your bass sound is really "boomy" and kind of distracting. I think this track would work better with a "rolling" bassline rather than the "oompa" kind.



Percs sound kind of thin, and I think a brighter clap would work better. The one you have now sounds kind of flat.

Overall I liked the atmosphere of this tune, but I think some work on the areas I mentioned above could enhance it.

thanx for the feedback , the issue with the bass is strange , on my headphones and stereo it is fine but in my car it nearly blows the speakers so ill look into changing that.

ill have a play with the mod and percs and see where i get too

The bassline sound a little watered down. I would try to tighten that up a bit. Other than that you made a very pretty track. I like the symphonic elements in the pads...that's the stuff that made me love Trance back in the day.
