What is your latest studio addition?
I am curious what we all are using and how much we invest in our hobby. I just ordered:

Is this a im so happy I just bought a virus thread LOL because if it is good for you fella I would love one. If its not and you really want to learn what people have in their studios then i have put it all below.
This is what i use so far
Microkorg about £270
M-audio midi about £100
JBL monitors £200
Gemini amp £150
Software
Cubase sx2
Reason 4
VSTis
Nexus
Kontact
Vanguard
Z3ta
Novation bass and v stations
Glitch (BEST BIT IF KIT I HAVE LOL AND ITS FREE)
Stanton str8-80 turntables
Pioneer djm600 Mixer
2 x CDJ 1000's
Sony MDRV 1000 phones £100
But i built it all up over last few years
I think thats it so really modest set up compared with most people but hopefully want to build it up over time.
Processing a highly structured and complex pattern of sensory input as a unified percept of "music" is probably one of the most elaborate features of the human brain.....understanding how music is perceived and how it may elicit intense sensations is far from being understood.

purpose of thsi thread is show off your new studio additions: Wether it's a mike, a cable, a new free VSTi, it doesnt' matter
As long as you share which latest studio related investment keeps you from going to bed. So let's not make this a " show off your studio" topic there is already another topic for that

My latest purchase was OtinumFX Compadre beat puncher. It’s cheap and sounds fantastic.
Also had the new version of sylenth1 arrive. It’s not a new purchase but this new version means I can now finally use it within fl studio without any problems.
At the end of this month I’ll be getting the tone2 effects bundle of Warmverb, Filterbank 3 and Bifilter 2. I’m still at a noob level and I’m not exactly sure how I’ll use the filter plugings but as the bundle is great value for money and I’m impressed with Tone2 I'll get it
.
Needless to say I’ll be getting the gladiator expansion as soon as it’s available (currently being worked on)
And to be honest I don’t really need anything else after this.
