the club scene here is mostly done by one promoting company i forget the name but their parties are at the most monthly and usually a couple months apart

You missed a pretty good weekend. We had Halo Friday night and the House of Om tour last night.

Radius 10 has a great day party on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month...lots of house music. Aerial does an electro party I believe on the 3rd or 4th Friday of the month. Thursday nights @ Bar23 is another electro night. There's always something going on. Wednesday nights at Hollywood Disco usually has a pretty wide variety of DJs. It's been going on for a few months now. I've started hosting my own night. The third Friday of the month at Ombi Bar. If you're into the tech/house/minimal sound come check us out.

And there is a party next Friday night with Paul Anthony from Chicago at spot in East Nashville called Gallery East.


If you're a fan of minimal my friends and I are hosting Insideout Saturday night in the basement of this old clothing store called The Hanger on West End.

Play Dance Bar is a gay club on Church and has pretty commercial dance music on the weekends.

by commercial dance do you mean avb tiesto style trance or do you mean like kylie minogue and top 40 dance remixes

Kylie type stuff and lots of dance remixes.
