Must... have... information....

Hi guys, im trying to find out the name of a track or the artist who made it... its something from 2000-2002... wierd track, with samples form the movie "liar liar" of jim carrey... i remember him saying "im kicking my ass, do you mind? do you mind? " and the track changes its beat for at least 4 times... i foun it on an old CD i have but its too scratched to hear... PLEASE help me...
