That was the best year for Essential mixes. Paul Oakenfold rocked it!

You've got no chance mate. It's never been ID'd and there have been huge efforts to try. I severely doubt anyone is going to turn up because you've made this thread with the title.

Indeed. Aside from the actual producer turning up & telling us we have no chance now. I like it though, the idea of tracklisting everythign is all well & good but sometimes some things are good having an air of mystery about them.

Whatever it is, there's almost no point in ID'ing it at all- it's obviously so fucking rare that you wouldn't be able to find it even if you knew the name.

I don't know - that track is still hard as hell to track down, even after it's been ID'd.
I just don't really see this one getting ID'd - or there being much chance of it circulating. I'd love it if it happened, just a gut feeling I guess.
It's very odd that after all this time, the producer has never come fourth to claim his/her work though. Oakie should come out and ID it or give some sort of info about it, since it was so long ago, why not? It's not like its going to change anything other than help the producer. Maybe it was a stolen track by Oakie, and he doesn't wanna get shite for it. There is something odd about it that's for sure. There is plenty of demand for it to be released and money to be made!
