hmm that area is a bit dodgy, i'm sorry to say that, a friend of mine lives in an apartment just around the corner there and I was on the streetcar and holy the houses look 200 years old

on a positive side you're still pretty close to everything

and no, I doubt you'll walk from guv I'm closer to guv and it takes me good 20 minutes by cab
