As most of you probably know, Astral Projection has not been working with B.N.E. records since early this year, after relieving them of their booking obligations toward us and terminating our booking contract with them (as allowed by both sides in the contract). B.N.E then decided to kick us off their label, canceling our new album and our 2 album record contract with them (in effect breaching the contract with us). They then decided to sue us for a ridiculous amount of money, tying us down financially with bothersome and time consuming court proceedings... Unfortunately due to all these problems we have been working thru, we had to delay the release of the album again for the second time, until all these legal issues clear up and these problems are solved... We guess you can imagine how much our work on the album has suffered as well, due to this ugly and and uncomfortable situation. The album was actually in the last stages of post production at the beginning of this year...but since a few tracks had already been released by B.N.E and all this trouble hit us, we had decided to write a few newer tracks for the album, to freshen it up a bit and try to avoid more legal complications... We sincerely apologize, now you know the whole story !!! After all that, we are happy to inform you that we are planning the release date for late January - early February 2009 !!! We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you, our fans, our friends and all Trance & music lovers for your patience understanding and support !!!
