I hate it when I get the munchies late at night, pass out, and then wake up with a horrible stomach ache because I didn't give myself enough time to digest the food.

Does anyone else get the same problem?

It's probably the poorly made gas station sandwiches that I eat.

it's basically due to a lack of time for the food to properly digest. You need to be awake & upright for the best digestion

i've had hang overs from too many redbulls the night before when writing papers and such.

had that the other evening, woke up in the middle of the night feeling like i had to take the worst dump ever

and i'm sure all of you guys wanted to know about that

taco bell... if i eat that shit at night, i'll wake up at 4 a.m. feeling like a bowling ball just worked itself down into my lower intestine

I got the craziest munchies last night. When I got up to eat, I ate in the fullest sense of the word. I consumed a lot. Crazy stomach ache the next morning. Not necessarily a food hangover, but a food amount hangover.
