The BBCM Foundation will present the 18th edition of the world renowned Black & Blue Festival from October 8 to 14, 2008 in Montreal. The main party will be Sunday, October 12 at the Montreal Convention Centre. The Festival is more of an experience than an event and we've got tickets!
