Is there a way to block specific friends from inviting you to events without deleting them?
I was looking at the App Request page and you can block users from sending you App invites but not Event invites.
?

House is not just a groove. House is a feeling. And when u feel it, you will understand... house music gets you up and makes you high...

Here's the problem
Invites me to an event
Changes the date or time of an event
Makes me an event admin
Requests to join an event of which I am an admin
Posts on the wall of an event I admin
For the above options i turned off email notification. But then someone invites me to an event and then 'emails' everyone on the invite list so I eventually get emailed about some random event i have no interest in attending (eg. some show in Chicago... when i'm living in toronto)
It's not 0.02 seconds, it's spam. I not only have to open up my inbox and delete the event mass email, but also have to go to my gmail and delete the email. So far, at least 30 seconds of my life wasted deleting emails about some event i don't care about.

because then every person that sends invites would be blocked by others and event application will become useless.

Constant event invites are rather annoying. I rarely read details anymore because they are mostly all irrelevant to my interests. I hate the fact that the people who invite me hardly ever post anything on my facebook account. All they do is spam me.
Oh, and I hate getting like four invites to the exact same event. One is enough!!!

if you only delete them or rsvp "not attending" you'll still get any mass messages from that event page. You have to "remove from my events" to totally delete it and have no futher contact from that page...that option is underneath the picture ( I think. I can't log into facebizzle right now)
porky: it's apart of facebook for good. Either get used to it, or stop using it.
edit:...this also takes o.02 seconds lol

well then you won't be able to receive emails from the friends you actually want to hear from.
