Just wondering if tutorial videos were ever made for the waves plugins?

None that I know of, except that Torsten Fasbender - the trance experience. Why would you want one, by the way?

"The Trance Experience" isn't a video tutorial. It includes DVDs containing the data needed for the tutorials, but the tutorials themselves are in text format (i.e., the book). There is also a similar, but more diverse, tutorial called "Professional Mixing/Mastering with Waves" from the same company; but, again, it's not a video tutorial. However, both are excellent tutorials IMO.
