stanton m.303 channel fader broken?

it seems my L1/L4's channel fader is broken
the volume is always low even when i adjust the gain to full
i took it open and notice no dust or faulty part

i was wondering what is the cause of this?
is it possible to get a channel fader replaced?

yes. don't you see the screws on the edges of the fader panel?
