every time i hit a key (almost every time), my computer makes a beeping noise. from the cpu speaker, not my regular speakers. its soft and i really don't know what the fuck's going on, didn't change any major settings or anythign

Are you using Vista? I had this exact same problem before. If you change your system Sound Scheme, it will be fixed. I know that when I had the problem, some program or virus changed the sound scheme for me, all I had to do was just change a setting. If you're still having the problem, I'll ask my friend google and redirect you.
