liked what you did with the bassline has a nice movement to it.
and it seems you are staying on the tec side of things
the only thing i felt needing more work was the riff.
not because it wasn't good,but you opted for a very striped down and simple track/format. and it felt like it was a bit boring/empty.
if you know what i meen,a bit more drive would help it along more.
but as allways i try and give a construtive and clear feedback as allways matey.

I really like the kick =)
First 3 mins are sick. The beginning of the break is a little bit to empty in my opinion.
I like the rest of the break, but as your friend says you may need to spice it up a bit after it.

But its really good, you should finish it

Cool bass, could do with some more melodies else where to give it more varition as others said. Good stuff though mate, I like your other tracks. Oh the percs sound great in this one also.
