They have that here in Ontario. 40 hours of community service before you graduate high school. It's not a bad idea.

Pretty much. Change is good as long as I don't have to do anything. I'd say that's the general mentality.

I think it'd be a good idea though.

College students are required to do community service or high school students? Big difference cause the high schoolers can't vote

there's no way i would have had time in college.

i prefer to help the community by becoming a good architect.

I already had compulsory community service in high school. I didn't much appreciate it; so I decided to become a saboteur. In view of the fact that I was volunteering at a hospital, I don't think the whole compulsory community service thing worked out very well...
